Hi,
I’ve just had my intercom replaced after the previous one malfunctioned Sunday night.
I have to compliment both guys today for their friendliness and professionalism. I didn’t get both of their names unfortunately so I can’t name check both. One was Joe, so, compliments to Joe and his mate today.
Special thanks though to Joe for the call out Sunday night/Monday morning. It would have been between 4:30 & 5:00am and he was terrific then too. In a situation where he could easily have been sour or grumpy, he was anything but. The intercom/bell had been ringing constantly for awhile before Joe arrived to disconnect it and I was in something of “a mood” myself at that stage. Joe’s understanding and good humour helped greatly ease my tension and anxiety.
I don’t normally go to the bother of writing a mail about someone’s performance but the guys more than deserve me making the effort to compliment them. You can trust and be assured they are great representatives of your company.
